Keeping Our Reneux Family Safe!

All clients must remain outside of Reneux until contacted by Reneux staff to enter. If you are not contacted 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, please call us.

Clients must complete any necessary intake & consent forms digitally via TouchMD prior to your scheduled appointment. Our staff will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment with more information.

All clients must wear a mask at all times unless instructed otherwise.

All clients must sanitize their hands upon entry to Reneux.

All clients will have their temperature taken before entering Reneux.

All clients will maintain adequate social distancing at all times possible.

For your safety, you may be asked not to speak to your treatment provider during certain treatments.

Please bring an extra, clean mask to use after select treatments (Fillers, Clear+Brilliant, Microneedling, Fraxel, & Chemical Peels).

Only patients with scheduled appointments will be allowed into Reneux – pets, children, guests, etc. not allowed.

Reneux’s restroom will be for staff only until further notice. The key to the hallway restroom will be provided upon request.

Credit card transactions only. No cash or check transactions.

Please do not come in if:

  • You are not feeling well, have a fever, are or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms or have traveled in the last 14 days
  • You have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
