Policies

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:  We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please provide 24-Hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  In addition, forgetting or consciously choosing to forgo your appointment will be considered a “no-show���.  If you are unable to give us 24-hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling, or are a no-show, you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee and / or charged in full for your missed appointment.  This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.   

FOLLOW-UP CALLS:  You will receive a follow-up call after your initial aesthetic medical treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS:  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your provider and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

PARKING: Prepaid Parking is available in the adjacent parking lot in any unreserved stall.  Follow the step by step instructions on the parking pay machine.  Please use exact cash or a credit card and display the parking ticket/receipt on your dashboard before coming up for your appointment.������ The parking machine does not give change and the lot is monitored on a frequent and regular basis.

CHILDREN:  For the safety of your children and to ensure a positive experience for you and other clients, please refrain from bringing children with you to your appointments.

PETS:  In compliance with State Board of Health Rules and Regulations, pets are not allowed on the premises with the exception of service dogs.

CELL PHONES & CONVERSATIONS:  In consideration of other clients, please silence your phones while in the spa and your conduct telephone conversations in the outer lobby.

ALL SALES FINAL:  We do not give refunds or credit on services, treatments or products.

REFERRALS:  We truly appreciate your referrals. All RFG Club Members will receive $20 worth of points once a new client referral completes a $100+ treatment with us.
